This energy efficient elementary school is a certified LEED Gold. The demolition of the existing elementary school came after occupancy of the new school (both shared same construction site).

This building utilizes geothermal heating and cooling systems, an elaborate water filtration system, and the use of light monitors and natural lighting. It also includes an entry canopy and regulation size gymnasium.
