NRVRC Office Renovation

G&H Contracting is soliciting bids from subcontractors for an addition and renovations to the NRVRC Office. The project will bid January 11 2026 at 12pm EST. Construction consists of demolition, site work, site utilities, asphalt paving, curb and gutter, landscaping, sod, rebar, concrete, masonry, stone veneer, precast concrete, wood trusses, rough carpentry, casework, trim carpentry, water proofing, insulation, caulking, metal roof, soffit, aluminum storefront, doors, frames, finish hardware, glazing, drywall, metal studs, LVT, carpet, tile, painting, toilet accs, signage, appliances, window blinds, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.
