Constructed using a concrete foundation, steel framing, metal siding, and storefront window systems. This project came in under budget with a credit provided on the original Guaranteed Maximum Price Contract (GMP).
Amenities
The Botetourt YMCA houses two floors of community and exercise space. The realization of a long-term community vision, amenities include a basketball court, indoor track, two pools, multiple exercise studios, and an activity center for kids.
