The Memory Care addition to the Glebe was completed with the original budget and schedule despite unforeseen site conditions and record-breaking rainfall that year. G&H was hired for pre-construction services during schematic design.

The 15,000 sq ft addition included a 22-bed expansion, common dining, and activity areas to enhance the thriving community.
