Facility Overview
Our Lady of the Valley includes two separate wing additions to the existing assisted living facility. The south wing consisted of a 6,000 square foot 4-story addition and the north wing was comprised of a 15,000 square foot 1-story addition.
Amenities
To accommodate the new buildings, a new parking lot was included for maximum accessibility. The south wing is utilized as an entertainment and activity area, which includes a chapel, solarium, theater & multipurpose area, and storage. The north wing adds an additional 30 resident rooms with common areas, such as dining and lounge.
