Bedford Co. Sheriff Office Renovation/Addition

G&H Contracting is soliciting bids from subcontractors for the renovation and addition of the Bedford County Sheriff’s Office located at 1345 Falling Creek Road, Bedford, VA 24523. The scope includes the construction of a two-story, approximately 15,500 square foot addition to the Bedford Sheriff’s Office, including office, storage, and meetings spaces, a new elevator and new entrance; renovate limited areas of the existing building to reconfigure office spaces and add one new bathroom, and other work indicated in the Contract Documents.
