Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare – Brandon Ave

G&H Contracting is soliciting bids from subcontractors for the renovation of the Brandon Avenue facility for Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare. The scope includes minor demolition, adding fire line and vault, sidewalk, asphalt patching, hand rails, rough carpentry, casework, composite decking (Alt 3), insulation, caulking, membrane roof, storefront, doors, frames, finish hardware, drywall, ceilings, floor covering, painting, toilet accessories, ligature proofing, protective canopy, new sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. Bid date is March 25, 2026 at 12:00pm. 

Note:

All interior demo and asbestos removal have already been completed.  Any demo needed is associated with alternates and plumbing.

There are 4 Alternates:

1. Remove Mansard on exterior of building.
2. Price for work inside rooms P101 & P102 separately
3. Add composite Deck on left of building behind utility room.
4. New windows in utility room.
