City of Salem Courthouse Jury Room

The City of Salem has solicited a project for G&H to bid. This project is described as the construction of a new single-story jury room addition to the existing Salem Courthouse, along with associated site development.  This addition will consist of all divisions of construction and will be bid by G&H on December 20, 2023. Please note: There are 3 alternates for this bid. The alternates can be found on the plan sheets on page T1.02. If the alternates apply to your company’s trade, please submit you alternate pricing with your bid to Eddie. All bids must be submitted electronically to eherron@ghcontracting.com. Attached is the Invitation to Bid, the plan sheets are in the ITB. Please contact Eddie via email if questions arise.
