Preston Park Elementary School
G&H Contracting is soliciting bids from subcontractors for Roanoke City Public School’s newest academic building, Preston Park Elementary School. The project plans are located in the zip folder below titled PPES PLANS. Specifications, and all other project documents needed for bidding are located in the folder attached called PPES SPECS AND DOCS. The project will bid June 20, 2024 at 2pm EST. Per the contract documents it is preferred that bids be submitted electronically. If bids are submitted with a hard copy, the bid package must be received and timestamped by NO LATER than 2:00pm EST on June 20, 2024 at 1383 Southside Drive, Salem VA 24153, ATTN: Eddie Herron. There is a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for May 16, 2024 at 3pm EST at Preston Park Elementary School. All questions must be submitted by no later than June 6, 2024 at 5pm EST to eherron@ghcontracting.com. If questions arise in the meantime, please contact Riley Kennedy at rkennedy@ghcontracting.com.
