Rescue Mission Gateway Apartments Phases 1&2

G&H Contracting is soliciting bids from subcontractors for the construction of a new 70-unit apartment building for Roanoke Gateway. The Project consists of a single garden 70-unit apartment building with unconditioned stairs and corridors. Units will range from 1- to 3-bedrooms. The ground floor will contain approximately 5,000 SF of amenity spaces to include a leasing office, community room, and fitness center. Site and infrastructure improvements will include 83 on-site parking spaces and new landscaping.
