VWCC Chapman Hall Renovation

G&H Contracting is soliciting bids from subcontractors for renovations to the existing Chapman Hall building for Virginia Western Community College. The project will bid January 12 2026 at 12pm EST. Construction consists of demolition, concrete patching, rough carpentry, casework, laminated wall panels, acoustical felt panels, insulation, caulking, roof patching, doors, frames, finish hardware, glazing, drywall, metal studs, floor covering, painting, toilet accs, signage, marker boards, display cases, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.

Please note the Amounts for the HVAC Controls ($23,000) and the Electrical Controls ($135,000) given in the Bid Documents.

Chapman Hall will be open for Subs to tour on: Thursday December 18, 2025 from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon and Tuesday January 6, 2026 from 11:00 am to 12:00 noon.
