Williamson Laundromat

G&H Contracting is soliciting bids from subcontractors for the additions and renovations of an existing laundromat facility located at 4206 Williamson Road NW, Roanoke VA 24012. Scope of work is as follows:

The Project consists of the phased additions and interior renovations of and existing laundromat facility, including related sitework. Construction includes polished slab-on-grade concrete floors; masonry exterior walls; manufactured truss roof structure with structural insulated panels (SIP); flat roof structure with steel bar joists, decking, and EPDM roofing. Interior finishes include painted gypsum wall board (GWB) on metal studs; painted masonry; GWB and acoustical tile ceilings. MEP includes new roof top HVAC units; ductwork; dryer exhaust; washing machine connections; two toilet rooms; new water and sanitary drainage service; lighting and power.
